Team and roles
Who can see, write, run and manage what in a workspace, and how to invite people.
Roles#
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Viewer | See results only: projects, tests, runs, the proof. For clients and managers. Can ask to be emailed a run's result. |
| Member | Write and run tests: projects, tests, sign-in accounts, endpoints, files, builds, schedules, share links. |
| Admin | Also manage the team, API keys, integrations, billing and the workspace's settings, and archive projects. |
| Owner | Everything; one per workspace. The owner can make someone else owner and then becomes an admin. |
Invite people#
Team → Invite someone: their email and a role (member, viewer or admin). The invitation link works for 7 days; they accept it signed in with that email address, creating an account if they need one. Pending invitations can be sent again or withdrawn.

Inviting people is on paid plans, up to the plan's members, counting invitations not yet accepted: withdraw one to invite someone else. See Plans and billing.
Leave or remove#
Admins can change roles and remove people; anyone can leave a workspace. The owner cannot leave or be removed until they make someone else owner.
More than one workspace#
Each workspace has its own projects, team, plan and billing. Create another workspace in Settings; new workspaces start on the free trial.
Delete a workspace#
The owner can delete a workspace: Settings → Workspace → Delete this workspace, typing its name to confirm. Its paid plan is cancelled straight away, its tests stop running, its API keys, share links and invitations stop working, and everyone loses access. It cannot be undone. Your only workspace cannot be deleted this way: create another one first, or delete your account.
