Network and allow-listing
How our browsers reach your site, the addresses to allow when a firewall or bot protection blocks them, and the country they browse from.
How runs reach your site#
Browsers connect to your site directly from our cloud. If the first page answers with a bot wall, the run is retried through our static exit, and the result says so. A site that still blocks the tester is reported as Blocked, which is not counted.
Allow our addresses#
Settings → Workspace → How our browsers reach your site lists the static addresses to allow in your firewall, CDN or bot protection, each with Copy. Over the API: get_network. When runs were blocked this month, the page says so; allowing the addresses usually fixes it.

Browse from a country#
Browse from: automatic (the site's own country) or a country you choose. Sites see visitors from that country, with a matching time zone and language. It applies to every web test in the workspace. Admins change it in Settings, or over the API with set_browse_from.
Sites behind a sign-in or not public#
The tester signs in like a person, with a sign-in account. Sites that are not reachable from the internet (a local machine, a private network) cannot be tested yet.
