Website analytics and privacy
Updated 17 October 2026
This notice covers optional analytics on testsy.dev. For account information, Google sign-in and QA test data at app.testsy.dev, read the Testsy account privacy notice.
Optional Google Analytics
Where enabled, we use Google Analytics only after you accept analytics. It helps us understand visits and engagement so we can improve this website. Before you accept, the Analytics tag does not load and no Analytics requests are sent.
If you accept, Google receives information such as the pages you view, engagement events, browser and device details, and a pseudonymous cookie identifier. Your browser also shares its IP address with Google when it makes these requests; Google can derive approximate location from it.
We remove query parameters and fragments from page addresses and referring addresses sent to Analytics. Advertising consent, Google signals and advertising personalization stay off.
Your choice
Use Analytics preferences in the footer, when available, to accept or decline. You can withdraw your choice at any time by selecting Decline analytics. This stops future collection and removes this website’s Analytics cookies from your browser; it does not erase information already sent to Google.
We remember your choice in this browser’s local storage until you change it or clear site storage. If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies to the current page. Analytics cookies are limited to testsy.dev and expire after up to 180 days.
